  The employees are just there for their paychecks. Some of them might care about the quality of their work, but the lack of teamwork & time management as a whole outweighs any modest hard work. Outrageous wait time for orders, lost orders, wrong orders & a general arrogant, disrespectful, negative attitude from the employees for the past few years is utterly pitiful; so it's easy to see why I can't understand how this Mcdonald's hasn't been shut down, or at the very least had someone from corporate come in & start with a fresh batch of employees & managers.

  They messed up our order three different ways. Their service was slow to begin with and it wasn't busy. No excuse for poor service.

  Muskogee store on 32nd & Okmulgee SUCKS!! Jamie, the general manager, was rude, unhelpful and lacked some very key ppl skills. The drive thru was backed up to the street because a driver wouldn't pull forward after she ordered her food. The food wasn't much better. Nuggets tasted old and freezer burnt. The fries had obviously been on the warmer longer that they should have. It doesn't seem to be a problem with the crew....only the management. Then again some little girl named Jacambria said "I hate white people" as she handed me my food out the drive thru window.
